Article 1 (Permanent Member)
1. Self-registered user can only be the permanent member.

2. Self-registered user refers to a member who goes through registration process and receives ID and password.

Article 2 (Registration Information)
1. Member registration information may be used by WareValley; however, without any illegal or other improper behaviors of member, member information will not become public without permission.

2. WareValley may delete member¡¯s ID, password and data if the member misbehaves or harms other members.

Article 3 (Member¡¯s Right and Authority)
1. Member¡¯s right
(1) Member may correct or withdraw personal information in anytime. (Visit WareValley homepage or request modification to WareValley customer service).
(2) Member may provide his opinion or objection to request modification.

2. Member¡¯s authority
(1) The right and responsibility for ID and password administration are granted for each member, and the member should not allow others to use his/her own ID and password.
(2) Any expense or emotional lost, occurred by others¡¯ use of ID and password because of member¡¯s negligent, is responsible for the member.
(3) Visit WareValley homepage or request modification to WareValley customer service to edit member¡¯s address, phone number or any other personal information.
(4) Any expense occurred by not following (3) act, is responsible for the member.
(5) Every member information, provided to WareValley must be actual data, and if any member does not provide actual information, he may receive service restriction. Also, following expense belongs to the member.

Article 4 (Contract and Service Modification)
1. WareValley may revise the agreement and revised agreement becomes valid after posting on service screen or noticing members.

2. WareValley may change or stop service because of inevitable matters.

Article 5 (Regulation in addition to agreement)
1. Other articles, not included in this agreement, follow the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relating legal regulations.

Article 6 (Indemnity)
1. WareValley is not responsible for any lost, relating WareValley providing services. In case of litigation for dispute in service use, court located at the same region of WareValley Co., Ltd. will become the competent court.

[Supplementary Provision 1] This agreement is valid from Apr 1st, 2008.

[Supplementary Provision 2] Self-registration is crucial and if false registration is found, the member will be dismissed from membership.
