Sam Soo Son
President and Chief Executive Officer of WareValley, joined us in
October, 2003. From 1996 to 2005, he was also a President and CEO
of Sundo Telecom, Inc., a software development and super computer
marketing company with a patent of Mobile Chinese Character Enabler.
While he was a CEO of Sundo Electronics Inc., from 1994 to 1999, he
successfully produced and marketed personal computers, servers, and
monitors to domestic IT market. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Son was a Managing
Director of Yuwon Electronics and took a great part in initiating
company' s new business, producing computer circuits, and developing
European Market.
Mr. Son has educated from several prominent schools. He received a
doctoral degree at Graduate School of Public Administration at Kookmin
University (2008). Also, he participated in several distinguished
programs including Boston University's Executive Technology Management
Program (2007), Waseda University Business Research Program for Chief
Executive Officer (2005), E-Commerce Program for Business Managers
at Seoul National University (2001), Business Management Program at
Yonsei University (1992) and Information Technology Program of
Korea University (1999). Mr. Son received a master's degree at Graduate
School of Politics at Kyunghee University (1985), and graduated Korea
Military Academy (1977)

Jong Sung Park
Director of Quality Management, joined us in August 2004. From 2000
to 2004, he served as Team Manager of E-net, and developed several
prominent business opportunities, software products and solutions,
and consulted projects. Prior to that, he worked for companies including
Carecamp.com, Oracle Korea, MiCom I&C, and Dongbang Technology,
and managed many projects and developed several software products.
He conducted numerous projects working for e-net including Game Platform
Development and Overseas Game Portal Construction, Samsung SDS Company-wide
Framework SYSTEMiER Integrated Development Tool, Game Integration
Platform Standardization and Network Technical Guide, CBD based Development
and Management Platform Automation WORKS, CBD Logic Construction,
Consulting and Business Component Development, and Application One-stop
Platform for B2B ASP Service of Hanaro Telecom, and many more for
other companies he worked for. He graduated Dong-a University majoring
in Mechanical Engineering and mastered In-ha University majoring in
Information Technology.

Bum
Kim
Director Consultant, joined us in June 2001. He is conducting Database
Management and Security Consulting for Kookmin Bank, Posco, Financial
Supervisory Service, Defense Quality Assurance Agency, and Government
Employees Pension Corporation. He also developed Database Security
Solution Chakra. Prior to joining WareValley, Mr Kim worked at Kisan
Telecom and actively participated in development of SK Telecom Virtual
Cell, Korea Telecom M.com Optical CDMA Repeater, VDSL NMS, CDMA Repeater
Integration NMS, Large Scale VOIP Trunk-Gateway NMS, QOS Router Design,
Embedded Web Server Design, Military Integration System Design, XDSL
NMS Development Project WLL (Broadband Wireless Local Loop), Incheon
Subway Line 1 Signal TTL & Local system support, Wireless Control
software, and many more.
He is currently holding patents regarding two essential technical
elements of Chakra. One is Database system monitoring method without
connecting the database (patent number of 0481130) and the other is
Method for controlling access of database (patent number of 10-2003-79192).
He also won a Grand Prize from New Software Awards of Ministry of
Information and Communication in August 2004.
He was educated from Korea AeroSpase University majoring in Computer
Science and also mastered in Computer Science. Most recently he graduated
from Central Education Institute for Information Technology of Seoul
National University.

Woo Sang Lee
Director of Laboratory, joined us in February 2006. Mr. Lee is an
expert in IT solutions. From 2001 to 2006 , he served as a Research
Institute Manager and a Solution Business director of E-net. He has
conducted with many projects and developed software solutions. For
his prominent achievements, he developed Textopia Marketplace for
Samsung C&T and Hanaro AOP (Application One-step service Provider)
for Hanaro Telecom. Indeed, from years of long experience, Mr. Lee
extends his knowledge by developing web service, information management
and computation system. Currently, Mr. Lee plays an important role
to develop and manage WareValley IT solutions. He received a bachelor¡¯s
degree from Seoul National University, majoring Archaeology &
History of Art.

Tok Su Park
Chakra team director, joined us in May 2002. Mr. Park's first project
was developing domestic PDM by using IBM PM6000. Then, he was engaged
in OpenDMS development, the first domestic EDMS for ISIS Korea, which
is the subsidiary enterprise of IBM. With prolific experience in Information
Technology, he has customized dozens of domestic references in finance,
public service, and telecommunication sector. He further increased
his career after he moved to NCSoft. He was in charge of developing
Exchange Server based payment system and Enterprise Information Portal
solution. Currently, he manages Chakra development from V1 to V3 and
serves as a Chakra team director in WareValley. He received both bachelor's
and master's degree at DanKuk University, majoring software engineering.

Pilju
Lee
Technical Division director, joined us in May 2002. He started his
career with developing software ¡°Access Administration System for
Intelligent Building.¡± For his accomplishments, he developed Imaging
system, EDMS and KMS project while he was working at ISIS Korea. He
enlarges his knowledge as an enterprise software developer from his
long experiences. Moreover, he progress software localization at IBM
laboratory in Raleigh, North Carolina. As Tivoli product engineer,
Mr. Lee developed several system management solutions for Posco, Hungkuk
Life Insurance and Allianzlife. Then, he moved to NCSoft to further
develop enterprise software, and accomplished NC EIP (NC Enterprise
Information Portal) development. From 2002, he was in charge of developing
Chakra and served as manager of Chakra team2 in WareValley. Currently,
as a Technical Division director, he provides technical support of
domestic and overseas references, and progresses new product planning.
He graduated Hongik University, majoring control engineering and received
his master¡¯s degree at Hongik University, studying Artificial Intelligence.
